PELL CITY — Premiere Cinema owner Gary Moore addressed an overflow crowd at the groundbreaking of a movie theater, bowling alley and entertainment complex Wednesday, noting that I-20 Development President Bill Ellison’s persistence was instrumental in getting him to consider Pell City as the site of his newest entertainment center.

Moore lauded the team work of Pell City and St. Clair County officials who made it much easier for him to make the decision to locate in Pell City and bring this project to fruition.
